Who we are
Stone Hill Middle School PTO (SHMS PTO) operates shmspto.org to support students and families. Contact: president@shmspto.org.
Information we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), student first name / last name / grade, program enrollments, store-card and membership purchase records, survey responses, and messages you send through the site.
How we use information
We use data to run PTO programs, process payments via Square and Wix, communicate with members, improve events and membership, and meet legal or school-district requirements.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Square and/or Wix Payments. SHMS PTO does not store full card numbers. Optional saved cards are vaulted by Square; we store only masked metadata (brand, last 4, expiration).
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data with service providers needed to run the site (Wix, Square, email/SMS tools) and with school administrators when required for student programs.
Photos
Event photos may appear on the website or social channels only under our Photo Release policy. See /photo-release.
Your choices
Update your profile in the member portal, remove a saved payment card anytime, or email the PTO to request account corrections.
